After a more or less significant weight loss, skin slackening occurs on the inner thighs.

This will require liposuction of the excess fat that remains, coupled with skin removal and resection of the excess in order to reshape the thigh.

The scars will be placed above the groin fold so that they are well camouflaged.

It happens that with movement (walking, standing …), the scar migrates slightly downward or the need to place it as high as possible.

A rapid resumption of sports activity (3 weeks minimum) should be avoided in order to avoid exerting too much tension during the post-operative period.
