A stem cell is an undifferentiated cell that is the origin of any cell that has not yet developed into a mature cell (heart cell, liver cell, etc.)

Stem cells have the unique ability to differentiate into various cell types and to regenerate damaged or diseased tissues of the body. They therefore have great potential for use in regenerative medicine, which aims to repair, replace or regenerate damaged or diseased tissues or organs. Adult stem cells are more abundant in adipose tissue (50x more) than in bone marrow and can be collected and banked for a given period of time to be reinjected in the future.

At the B-Medic Clinic, stem cells are used in various medical approaches.
Tissue regeneration: Stem cells can be used to regenerate various types of tissue in the body, such as bone, cartilage, muscle and nerve tissue. For example, stem cells can be used to regenerate bone tissue in patients with fractures or to repair cartilage damage in patients with osteoarthritis.

Organ regeneration: Stem cells can also be used to regenerate or repair damaged or diseased organs, such as the liver, pancreas, heart and kidneys. For example, stem cells can be used to regenerate liver tissue in patients with liver disease or to repair damaged heart tissue in patients with heart disease.

Cell Therapy: Stem cells can be used to create specific types of cells that are missing or damaged in the body. For example, stem cells can be used to create insulin-producing cells for patients with diabetes or neurons for patients with Parkinson’s disease.

Gene therapy: Stem cells can also be used for gene therapy, which involves introducing genes into the body to treat or prevent a disease. Stem cells can be used as vectors for therapeutic genes to target specific cells or tissues in the body.

The extraction is simple because the stem cells can be removed by liposuction under local anesthesia (without pain).

150-180 cc of fat are taken and will then be sent to the specialized laboratory, respecting the GMP standards (good manufacturing practices) and under the supervision of SwissMedic, the federal authority in charge of monitoring all products used for medical purposes in Switzerland.

Thanks to a biological process, the laboratory will extract the stem cells which will then be sent to the practitioner who will reinject them into the subcutaneous tissue of the face, neck, décolleté and on the hands as a filler.

This natural filler will then trigger a self-regenerating process that will improve the quality of the skin in the long term and repair the stigma of aging.

In the near future and thanks to the multiple research projects currently underway in Switzerland and around the world, this cell therapy will have very broad indications in the cardiac, articular, digestive and other fields.

It should be noted that the stem cell laboratory already has the capacity to store your own cells for 10 and 30 years and to release them afterwards in order to treat the diseases you may face in the future.

Our center is one of the pioneers of this new technology which opens up important perspectives.

For healthy women and men.
